I heard that in July we'll get a new opening so I doubt that the show will end. Probably will move on to Ylliaster. Or perhaps if Divine gets retrieved we'll have also some more Arcradia Movement.
For me, the man with the two gods, clearly is Rex, the two gods being a generic titel for the EBGs and the Crimson Dragon (or perhaps 5th Dragon, but personally I don't see the Dragons as gods).
Your theory about Yusei being the one to connect with the KoU makes sense. Somehow. Can't elaborate that (*is still to sleepy for that*). But I don't think it is actually Fudou-papa even if he is the one to appear at the end of 58. I don't even think that what we see in 58 is the Underworld. I think that Zombieworld is more like a rift-thing between worlds (Real World und Underworld) and "You shouldn't be there yet" is more like scolding him that it isn't is time to die.
Oh well that are my two cents in a nutshell. I'd write more but I've got to get ready for school. ^^°
