5D's won't be ending so soon. I think the last battle just means the Signers vs. the last Dark Signer. idk.
Also, I wanna say Rex is the man with two Gods, like the Condor and maybe the ULTIMATE EARTHBOUND GOD. Or, he has Rudger's dragon. Cause we don't know what happened to that thing.
And I think it was Morgan Fudo who was talking to Yuusei? I mean, he said it wasn't his time to be there...and you would think a father would tell his son that if he cared and was the King of the Underworld. ( Or, King of Mormetn? ) While he might be King of the Underworld, he still considered himself as a father to his son. ( Also, Rudger possibly might have targeted Yuusei because he was the son of the leader of the Mormetn Project or whatever it was called? ;; )

But I did have a theory about the Earthbound Gods and how they chose people...

(Yeah, I can see why people were thinking that, I mean, he did say that he had to settle the score of seventeen years ago with Fudo's son...I just wondered if there was the possiblity of that being an excuse, or perhaps a thought instilled into him by the negative rotation. Because when White-Tux told him to get rid of Fudo-papa, Rudger was initially "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? >O " It was only after the godraep that he was changed...so I perhaps thought that maybe there was still some humanity left, triggered by the duel with his younger brother, perhaps?. D: )
LOL, It's cause I said he was like God and was Morgan Freeman. So I called him MORGAN PAPA or MORGAN FUDO.
( Yeah, that makes sense...and I was thinking Rex and Rudger didn't even duel. They kind of just talked and Rex was like "I don't want to kill my older brother' or something. Or, he set off Mormetn so that Yuusei could meet his father who is the King of the Underworld, AND THE WHOLE THING IS ORCHESTRATED BY FUDO-PAPA and that is why Yuusei is targeted. ) ...did I think too much into that?

Oh, well, I was thinking the Earthbound Gods chose people who had connections to the Signers in some way. And that they choose the person when they are dieing ( or are very close to dieing ) and then try to persuade them. I don't really think it has anything to do with them wanting to live ( although it might play a part in it ) it's just they choose the time when they are mentally vulnerable and that them 'entering' the person's body is actually the thing that kills them. I mean, you never know WHY Misty was in the hospital, and the doctors might have been able to cure her. ( And while I was thinking that Misty didn't even have a brother and was brainwashed by her God, I'm starting to think maybe not? ) Kiryu, while he might have had a hatred for Yuusei, seemed to be pretty mentally vulnerable. So if that is true, then nothing really caused his death besides his Earthbound God. ( And for Signer connections: Kiryu - Yuusei, Misty - Aki, Rudger - Himself, Carly - Jack, Demak I think said that he had an intense hatred for the Signers, and Bomber...I don't know about him. )
OKAY, NONE OF THAT PROBABLY MAKES SENSE. But, what I'm thinking is maybe the Earthbound Gods have something involved about the Dark Signers 'first death'? Like THEY are the ones who caused the deaths of them. ( And Carly falling out the window...maybe Aslla piscu had an eye on her and while she was falling (s)he made it's move right before she hit the ground? )
I'M NOT DOING MUCH BETTER. I SHOULD REALLY BE SLEEPING RIGHT NOW.
Actually, that theory makes lots of sense. I never really thought about it in great detail before, I just assumed they picked people who died with regrets/vengance.
