No. Just. No.

Dear Mister Government Snow-'Dozer-or-whatever-it-is-you-call-it driver.

You do not drive into a street that's already been cleared sufficiently and dump/push snow into somebody's already cleared driveway.

Especially not when the owner of said driveway is yelling and begging at you to not dump snow in there.

Nor do you get vengeful and dump extra snow in the driveway to tick the owner off.

Do you know how much effort it took me and my mother to clear it out before you went and dumped your hard, icy, heavy snow in the driveway?

That heavy, icy snow that it took you less than two minutes to dump there? It took us weary, still-sore-from-Saturday's-shoveling women thirty minutes to clear out enough to get our car out.

Fuck you, driver. Fuck you.

And an additional "Fuck you" from the neighbors who you also dumped snow in their driveways (admittedly, not as much as us since mom yelled at you).

I actually sympathize a little more for the drivers in this case. I know one personally and he gets so depressed at this time of year because they're on schedule, have absolutely no say, and rarely, RARELY get thanked for doing anything, even when the service is desperately needed.

We shovel and they fill in the end of the driveway... but when the roads get cleared, they barely ever get a thank you. He gets screamed at about 90% of the time. OTL

...aaaaaaaaand now I feel bad for getting riled up after hearing my mom go on and on about it. alsdjfldsjf.

I just figure more people needed the perspective is all. I don't deny it's frustrating.
