A.K.A. I'm pretty sure that "EEEEHHH?!" is going to be the punchline for all of my comics on this crossover.

Also, the comic got so dialogue-heavy that I gave up on trying to write it into the comic. You get captions instead. Yaaaay.

Yuuma: "So, what exactly is your pendant all about, eh?"
Subaru: "Oh, this?"

Subaru: "It was a present left behind for me from my dad. It turns out it was a transmitter that reacted to BrotherBands, and when I made my first one, it signaled the Satellite Admins to come and talk to me, and grant us the Star Force power...I just keep it as a memento, now."

Subaru: "What about your pendant, then?"
Yuuma: "Oh, the Emperor's Key was a present from my dad, too!"

Yuuma: "It opens some kind of weird talking door in some alternate dimension and it's how I met Astral. He lives in it too, by the way, and I think he might keep the Numbers cards in there with him when I'm not using them or something. And when it unlocks that door, it released some kind of power called ZeXal that we use to fuse and win duels! It's totally cool!"

Subaru: "I-Is that so? ...aah."
Yuuma; "Haha, yep!"

Astral: "It also contains a spaceship."
Yuuma: "Oh yeah, forgot about that..."
Subaru & War-Rock: "EEEEHHH?!"

I think once they get over that initial shock, Subaru would be very interested in that spaceship. =w=
And yeah, first time drawing Astral. I'm particularly proud of how he came out in the second and third panels, though.

Flat | Top-Level Comments Only

This is magical. I love the lounging in mid-air Astral. I don't know why, but he's precious. (and as I always say: someday, someday, I swear I will play through that stupid game... although given my attention span probably not)

It's because Astral always lounges in mid-air. And it's adorable. (do it do it do it. You at least need to get to the second game so you can meet Solo.)

I have various roms for the first game sitting on my hard drive somewhere. I think I found it exceptionally distracting because the emulator I was using wouldn't play any music or sound effects. Although I also think I've switched DS emulators since then.

The big question is still my attention span. Which is nil. XD

It works pretty well on no$gba and no$zoomer. Maybe even Desmume, but I'm not sure about that one.

;-; maybe you should just watch walkthroughs instead, ha.

I swear, I can never get DS games to work on no$gba. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but they will never load ever so I have pretty much given up on that one. Desmume is the one I switched to that I'm pretty sure I haven't bothered trying to play it in yet. I just have to remember what folder I stuffed it in.

also, Gale, Gale! Come watch Ao no Exorcist with me. Actually no, read it instead because the manga is still going and the anime ended kind of shitty although it did have some excellent filler episodes. It has angry jerks with trashy striped hair and their loserface friends that I have a lot of feelings about and I need someone who will know what I'm talking about while I go around comparing him to Bolger. XD

More often than not, it's probably the save type option or something, but after 2.6 and no$zoomer, that's automatically determined so it would have worked fine on those alksdfj.
