The same way you hunt anything. Go where you know they'll be. Not that it's perfect, I spend more guarding my own little corner than trying to save all of Satellite. But maybe it's better that way. Grand savior acts don't tend to end well by my experience.

Yeah, stretching one's self out too far doesn't sound good to me either. And I'm guessing vampires aren't the kind of things you try to hunt by gathering people en masse.

People gathering en masse tends to make Security nervous so I don't consider it the best idea to begin with... even if most people were inclined to believe me. And most don't unless they've had a near-miss.

High power tasers tend to work better on the incapacitation front. Although I suppose that might work if you were trying to get them to laugh themselves into an unguarded state. Whatever it takes to get them down long enough to take their heads off.
