my episode summaries seem to make it longer than it really felt, it seems.

as you have been aware, they've been revealing cards used by Paradox-the stolen Dragons that became Sin monsters.

okay now to the actual show
flashback flashback more boring flashback get to today's episode already
we see Kiryuu and Friends on minecart
they still be a riding it
and being chased
and stuff
and then they realize that Daddy still has a collar...
...assholes.
and so to throw them off, Kiryuu...

...becomes Spiderman?
Either way he pulls a badass maneuver and kicks one guy off his bike.
He is then slammed against the wall and crashes when there's a sudden turn
and flies off the bike...
...and is only barely saved by Nico grabbing his hand but...uh...
...isn't that painful?
...anyways
After he tries to persuade them to let him go, they do this whole I AIN'T LETTIN GO SCENE and then all three help them pull Kiryuu into the cart.
then the kid's daddy talks about how he wasn't able to provide for his kids in Crash Town because he eventually lost or something, and tries to persuade Kiryuu that Kiryuu has done more for his kids than he ever could...
and says something about Kiryuu being a Shinigami I don't even know

the one the rail's currently gonna take leads to the right path, which leads outside...
and of course, the guards are bastards and change the path with a code, making the cart go left instead of right

Junk Warrior. And yeah, it somewhat resembles his scarf...somewhat. Except Junk Warrior has this tattered scarf and that has some kinda...idk smoothness.

To show off the trap of course. The whole point of this arc is to pimp Kiryu's card set plus a few others. It doesn't have a purpose otherwise since it should be obvious by now that Kiryu's not leaving and there will be no concequences to Yusei being a douche. As such, the trap was activated for the sake of activating it.

[ETA: ahahahaha. I was looking at those caps and I noticed not only did Kiryu magicly get his coat back for the next episode, he got his harmonica back too. Did he find his stuff stashed under a rock on the way or something? XD]
