THE EYESHIELD 21 MANGA IS OOOOOVERRRRRRRRR.

BAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.

I AM INCOHERENT WITH SADNESS AND YET WISTFULNESS. THE ENDING WAS BEAUTIFUL. I'D RAMBLE ABOUT IT EXCEPT I REALLY DON'T WANT TO POST SPOILERS AND AM TOO LAZY FOR CUTTING. I'LL JUST SAY THAT SOME PARTS OF THE ENDING LEFT ME DISPLEASED BUT I WAS MOSTLY HAPPY.

EYESHIELD 21 WAS FULL OF BEAUTIFUL, DYNAMIC, ENGAGING CHARACTERS AND ACTUALLY MADE FOOTBALL INTERESTING. IT WAS A BRILLIANT SPORTS MANGA.

WE'LL MISS YOU EYESHIELD. YOU HAD A LONG AND BEAUTIFUL LIFE. D;

I had a feeling it should be ending soon anyway. In my mind it really couldn't reasonably continue past the Christmas Bowl.

True, though. The entire point of the manga was to reach the Christmas Bowl, so with it over, it couldn't go much farther...I was surprised that they managed to chug out one more arc.

I managed to find a sports manga that's somewhat as interesting. Ice Revolution. It's not too bad, although it focuses a bit too much on romance for my liking...
