BECAUSE I AM AN ATTENTION WHORE I ASK FOR OPINIONS

...on a new chibi-art style I'm trying out. Peeps who saw 'em in chat, you can ignore this since you saw at least one of the sketches already. :D I'd really like ideas on what you think on them-if they're better than my previous style or no, what I could add to them to improve them, whatever.

The changes are mostly focused around the eyes and facial structure while the way I draw the body remains the same (Oh, and I actually draw noses this time. Wurt?). They come out looking rather...cartoon-ish. ^^



First sketch. Features the Gemini Twins and the Martyr!Yuusei I roleplay, as well as a self-sketch. I can only say that Dark Signer eyes look...very very strange in this style. I could have sworn before I colored everything else in that Ryuusei looked like some sort of demented Dr. Seuss creation.


Second Panel: Requests from Starry and Mina I took in chat while I was continuing to test the style out. Features Placido with bondage!Yuusei, the Gemini Twins with Windbound Yuusei, and Rex Godwin with Wiraqocha Rasca (can never spell that right ever).






Third sketch: Images from the most recent 5D's episode that came up as we discussed it in chat. Yuusei finally getting a third outfit (consisting of a pancho, holster, and revolver-shaped duel disk; and Kiryuu's new, haggard look.

Hehe, now that the eyes are about a third of the size of their face, it's easier to shape said expressions. XD Glad you like~

I can't wait to see Kiryu in the later episodes. He gets hot. The style is quite cute. I think these should become plushies so I can cuddle them.
