And we start off with the duel. BRD destroys Bad End Queen Dragon, and Misty FINALLY gets serious and summons the geoglyph. Only...



it looks so tiny compared to the others, dflafhdsfffffgh. IDK. Misty is the DS I liked the least, besides Demak, anyways. FHDFGRNAHBAH.

Anyways, we get to the opening, and then it cuts to Divine laughing all MUAHAHAHA -like (oh Divine, you are such a heartless bastard and I love you for it). And then it cuts to Ushio still trying to save Yuusei and Mikage. Only, the girl does the most IDIOTIC THING EVER-she calls for her precious ATLAS-SAMA~! to come rescue her.

...God, that got me angry. Clingy little...

...apparently it got Ushio angry too.



No seriously. His ears twitch and everything, and then he gets this huge burst of adrenaline and opens the hinge all Superman-like.

Seriously, are there any dub watchers besides me who are seriously looking forward to watching Dan Green act this out in the dub? It's gonna be so fucking hilarious, seeing a lovesick Trudge.

So, before Yuusei heads off, Mikage tells him about how Misty thinks Aki killed Tobi and all.

Back to boring duel.

Apparently, if Misty destroys one of the Sad Story cards, she can bring back Bad End Queen Dragon from the grave. And then she equips it with the ugliest fucking mask I have ever seen.



No, look at it. It's HIIIIIIIIIDEOUUUUUS. And I thought that dragon was ugly before...Even the dragon thinks it's ugly. It's all like:



Ahem. Yes. Back to boring duel.

Anyways, Divine is laughing on the opposite side from where Yuusei, Rua, and Ruka are, and Yuusei sees something shine from a distance, and somehow spots him. Super vision or something. And what exactly was shining there anyways? B/ Anime logik. Gotta love it.

Yuusei rushes over to where Divine is, and:

Anywaaaaaays, back to Yuusei and Divine talking, which is clearly more exciting that that life-or-death duel going on.

The fact that she smiles like this when BRD is blown up makes it even better.

Back to Yuusei and Divine. Divine blows Yuusei away with a fireball yet again, whilst Yuusei not so sekritly pushes a button on his Duel Disk. And then they continue talking.

And then Divine tells all:

He killed Tobi when he was experimenting with him. Apparently, the poor boy's powers were not as strong as he wished...




The fact that the talks about this and still has his swave, shifty demeanor makes me love this guy even more. He is such an epic villain.

Yuusei obviously thinks differently, as he charges angrily at Divine. Divine easily sidesteps him and blows out the side of the tower with a Hinotama card. You'd think that'd send Yuusei flying backwards and out of the tower, but no, he only rolls over and is hanging for his dear life from it. Ah well.

And strangely enough-it looks like Divine was about to finish him off with a Psychic Sword, awesome-Yuusei chuckles softly. I think that's like only the second time in the ENTIRE FUCKING SERIES that we've heard the guy laugh-and the other time was in a three-year old flashback. FFFFFFFFHHHHH~<3.



Anyways, apparently Yuusei had this recording transmitty microphone thingy on his Duel Disk that allowed Misty to hear the entire fucking thing from her Duel Disk. And she is not happy.



This is evident when she does something that makes everyone go:








And it makes me go:

What's funny is afterwards, Misty returns to normal and is all "LOLOLOLOL SRY ABOUT THE WHOLE REVENGE AND WANTING TO KILL YOU THING I'M ALL BETTER NAO."



Only then Ccarayhua takes command again and she's all mindcontrolled and shit and her voice is horrible. Yeah.

Except...Aki's not actually...there...for any of it. Ahaha.



It takes a good deal of shouting from Yuusei to snap her out of it.

Anyway, boring duel again.

Aki tries to destroy the EBG using BRD's effect, only Misty counters with this trap that would deal damage to Aki, and then there's THIS:



WTH, Misty. Carly's dead, so you're going after Aki now? OMG.



Aki's all DNW.

...Actually, she's just activating a counter trap that rediects the damage back to Misty.

And then Misty loses, and her body flies through the air all physics-defying-like in the oddest way possible.




Oh yeah, and her locket falls off. That locket's music does not stop being cute. Ever. Aki spends a few seconds crying over it.




AND HAY GAIZ. AKI BEAT MISTY RIGHT AFTER THE SUN SET. OOPS. A LITTLE LATE THERE, M'AFRAID.
